Kyrgyz rap is moving fast, and Bishkek is at its centre. Bayastan mixes fast, technical flows with melodic hooks and lighter, sung passages, and his solo album Taimanbas moves between rhythmic rap and melodic choruses. Begish is credited with being among the first to merge rap with a more melodic sound, and his catalogue spans love songs and social themes. The newest push is Zamanbap, made with Begish and producer Casper, described as the first full-length rap album recorded entirely in Kyrgyz. Its presentation drew several thousand people, and the language is reaching listeners beyond the urban core. The scene is also looking outward, with newer rappers aiming at the CIS market and some songs charting in Kazakhstan.

Nothing new came onto the WorldWidePop playlist this month. No videos were added in October, so the four most recent entries stand as the current picture. Ulukmanapo appears on three of them, on Yenlik's Sebep, 7Gen's Рух and Бегиш's Салым, and VV$ teams up with Bayastan on Желегим. It is a tight, collaborative pocket, led by Bayastan and Begish.

Commenters are listening from Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and South Korea, so the sound already travels past the border. Watch Bayastan's solo anniversary show at Nomad Arena in Bishkek later this month, where he says more than twenty guest artists will join him. Listener counts for 7Gen conflict across sources, so treat that audience size as unconfirmed.

(а для всех младше него Амирхан байке :) )
Все таки Амирчик уже представляет целую страну, имеет поддержу со всех сторон, включая государство. Для многих молодых людей он уже большой авторитет в музыке. А какое было выступление на играх кочевников, просто супер.
