October 2026 in the Quechua Pop scene

Q-pop is the name people are giving a sound moving through Peru: Andean folk built on K-pop instrumentation and K-pop visuals, with songs that switch between Spanish and Quechua. L E N I N is its loudest face, and he posts the dance moves he throws while he sings, so the choreography travels with the track. Renata Flores has floated "pop andino" as another name for it, and her work runs from Quechua rap and trap to Amazonian cumbia, clearest on Akakaw with Los Mirlos. QORIANKA carries the fusion into costume and dance too, and her Ruway is a contemporary cumbia in Quechua, with quena and charango over a cumbia base.

Nothing new came onto the WorldWidePop playlist in October, so the twelve videos on the page are the picture for now, and the newest ones still show where it sits. Xiuhtezcatl and Renata Flores's SÍGUEME puts Quechua, Nahuatl and Spanish verses over rap. QORIANKA's Upallay and L E N I N's La Llaqta sit near the top of the page, and Folklore En Alto Nivel's Eterno Amor adds a darker, different register to the mix.

Estimados músicos.
No sé si decir influencia o copia de los Kjarkas.
De la k de su nombre.
Tonos, ritmo, el video, las tomas, muy igual a los Kjarkas.
Ah! Aa m inicio del video, los niños cv no las flores. Donde han visto rosas en el altiplano o ese tipo de flores. No son congruentes.
Su director debe fijarse en esos detalles.
Entonces, conclusión, una copia regular..
