Shooting Man is a hot-dog café on the edge of Ilsan, north-west of Seoul, built to make you forget which country you are in. The front, the chain-link fence, even the cars in the lot come straight out of small-town America. Inside it is big and open, with a long shared table and a few sofas, a little rough around the edges on purpose: the kind of place riders stop at on a weekend drive.
It is also where HYOI and Luci Gang filmed “MS. BALLER”, which is why so many viewers take the video for North America. Come for the song, stay for a hot dog and a root beer float.

Good to know
- Pets are welcome inside; keep them off the sofas
- Easiest by car - buses go there, but it is out of the way
- The music is on the loud side
